What we collect
We collect three kinds of information. We try to be honest about all three.
1. Things you give us
- Your email address, if you subscribe to our weekly digest.
- Your name, email, and message, if you contact us through the contact form.
- A merchant name and URL, if you submit an offer for consideration.
2. Things we observe
- Page views and click events — which pages you read, which outbound links you click, and how you got here. We use this to figure out which offers people actually find useful.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (typically the city or region, never the street). Used to show prices in your currency and surface region-relevant offers.
- Device and browser characteristics — screen size, browser version, language. Used for layout and accessibility.
3. Things our partners tell us
- Conversion events from affiliate networks — typically a hashed click ID confirming a sale happened. We never see the items you bought, the price you paid, or your name as a buyer.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to train AI models, our own or anyone else’s.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for audit.
- Contact-form messages: 24 months from the date of last reply.
- Analytics events: aggregated and anonymized after 12 months; raw event logs deleted after 90 days.
- Affiliate conversion records: 7 years, as required by financial-reporting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. We honor them globally regardless of jurisdiction:
- Access — a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — fix anything that is wrong
- Deletion — make us forget you
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — tell us to stop processing your data for a specific purpose
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without explaining why

Children
Live Well Offers is intended for adults shopping for themselves and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will email subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and post a notice on the site for 30 days. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent material update.
