We are a platform and affiliate broker. We promote affiliate products and services, and we allow businesses to submit and pay to list their own offers. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no responsibility or liability for any errors, harm, loss, injury, damage, or other negative outcome arising from any product or service found through this site, from a merchant's conduct, or from information a business supplied about its own listing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights against the merchant are unaffected. All enquiries and legal notices should go through our contact page.

We are an affiliate broker: we curate and link to third-party products and services, but we do not manufacture, sell, fulfil, or control them. Merchants — not Live Well Offers — are responsible for the products and services featured on the Service, including their accuracy, safety, availability, and any claims made about them.

The site at livewelloffers.deals and any subdomains we operate are collectively the "Service."

Your agreement

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please close the tab — no hard feelings.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

What the Service is — and isn’t

Live Well Offers is an editorial affiliate site. We discover, curate, write about and link to products and services sold by independent third-party merchants. We are not the seller, manufacturer, or service provider for anything we link to. Specifically:

• We do not process payments.
• We do not ship goods or deliver services.
• We do not handle returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims.
• We do not control inventory, pricing, availability, or shipping windows.

Your purchase contract is between you and the merchant. We will help you contact them if they are unresponsive, but we cannot stand in their shoes.

Business listings — plans, categories and removal

If you submit a product or service for listing, these terms apply in addition to the rest of this page.

Plans and terms

• Free trial — 30 days. Your first listing term is free. No card is required. We email you before it ends.
• Standard listing — $149 per 6 months. A fixed six-month term.
• Featured listing — $199 per year. A fixed twelve-month term. Your listing is pinned to the top of the categories you selected and carries a Featured badge.

Terms are fixed-length and renewal is your choice. Nothing is charged until we approve your listing, and if we reject it you are not charged at all. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel, change plan, or download invoices from your billing portal at any time. Fees already paid for a term in progress are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where we remove your listing for a reason that is our fault rather than yours.

Categories

• You may select up to three categories per listing.
• The categories you select must genuinely describe the product or service being listed.
• We reserve the right to remove, or move, any product or service listed in a category it does not belong to. Where we can, we will contact you first and give you the chance to correct it.

Featured placement applies only within the categories you selected. Featured slots per category are limited and filled in the order they are purchased.

Removal and suspension

We may pause or remove a listing at any time if the link breaks or expires, the offer or its terms are misleading, the categories are wrong, the listing breaches these terms or applicable advertising law, or the business behind it cannot be verified. We are an editorial site and the final call on what we publish is ours.

Views and clicks shown in your dashboard are our own aggregate counts, provided in good faith as a guide. They exclude obvious bot traffic where we can detect it, and they are not audited advertising metrics.

How you agree to behave

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or reproduce the Service in bulk (one-page archival for personal use is fine).
• Stuff our forms with spam, malicious payloads, or links to phishing sites.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Use the Service to violate any law — yours or ours.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with a merchant when submitting offers.

We may suspend or block access for anyone violating these rules. For most accidental violations, we’ll write to you first and try to sort it out.

Content and intellectual property

The original editorial content on the Service — our writing, photography, illustrations, layouts, and code — is © 2026 Pixies Treasure Box LTD, and licensed under our usual all-rights-reserved terms.

Product images, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners. We display them under the fair-use doctrine of commentary and review.

You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. For longer reuse, syndication, or commercial republishing, please ask first.

If you submit an offer or feedback

If you submit an offer for consideration, a comment, a testimonial, or any other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and publish that content in connection with the Service. You keep the copyright; you just give us permission to use it.

You promise that you have the right to share what you submit — and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any laws.

Outbound links and third-party services

The Service contains many outbound links to merchants and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, or behavior. Following an outbound link is at your own risk; please read the destination site’s own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Listings are free of typos or pricing errors (we try, but the merchants change things constantly).
• The Service will be available 24/7 without interruption.
• Any specific product or merchant will meet your particular needs.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to (a) the amount we have earned from your activity in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100 — whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California — except that either party may pursue small-claims relief in their own jurisdiction.

We encourage you to email us first. Most disputes resolve over a 15-minute conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Service for at least 30 days and email subscribers. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you don’t, please stop using the Service.
